How to answer "NO" to question 16a on form 1065

I can't find where to change the Yes to a No for question 16a about 1099 forms. It automatically answered yes. Where is the question asked to change the input?

Figured it out. Leave the question about form 1099 blank. They show 1=yes, 2=no. Leave it blank.
