How do you restore the client list page? It is blank for all pages.

This happened to me at couple of years ago right after I had just finished the pro forma process for 2000+ clients.  I looked in my data path, client files were very clearly there....  but Client List totally empty.

  I was pissed.

 

Turns out that an errant mouse-click had set me to view only "e-file clients" at the top of the left-side panels, and that early in the season we had precisely NO clients who had Passed Validation yet, so there was nobody to be seen.

 

Make sure that you are on "All Clients" view with NO FILTERS set, on the left side.
