HOW DO YOU GET QUESTION 38 IN PART IV OF THE 990 TO CHANGE TO YES?

It appears you must answer certain questions on screen 6, regarding Governance, Management, Policies, & Disclosures to trigger it.

I used the "jump to" feature & it took me to two places to complete.  Give it a try.

Lacerte has this snifty feature: Go to Forms, then to Sch O. Find a field you want completed, right click, then select "jump to input". To generate Sch O, certain pertinent info must be entered elsewhere to get the Sch O to generate.
