Question

How do you "force" the Update Installed Products? Seems to stall on first step and never update? This seems to be holding up me uploading a federal return.

    Hey there, 

    I would download the lacerte tool hub.

    To force a Web Setup in Lacerte Tool Hub, open the Hub, navigate to "Install" on the left, and click on "WebSetup /force".

      The Lacerte Tool Hub https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-errors-lacerte-tool-hub/L9R7PETvi_US_en_US?src=g4t is great, but it does not include the current tax year. When this was posted that meant 2024. To give 2024 a "kick in the butt", press the Windows key and type 2024 Lacerte Web Setup and run that.
