How do you enter US Government dividends so not taxed to state from a K-1?

Line 5 of 1065 K-1.  Similar lines exist on other K-1s.

    I don't do Lacerte so I don't know how that is done off the K-1, but you could always just enter that line on schedule B if that makes life easier.
