How do I view the Detail Input Screen?

In other years, I can view the top half of my screen, and view multiple entries.

Examples, interest and dividends, dispositions, etc.

You may have accidentally clicked on the General Information button.  On the left panel (under 1099-INT, 1099-DIV, etc.), click on any of the individual entries you created.  That will bring back the detailed input for that particular entry down at the bottom of your screen and you will still have the quick entry table on the top for all entries.
