How do I transfer an employee benefit plan client from 2019 to 2020?

In the 2019 program (make sure it is updated) go to tools, down to "Transfer Clients (Proforma to 2020).

Highlight the client you want to transfer FIRST to make sure you don't mistakenly transfer all clients & overwrite them (in case you've already processed clients in 2020).
