How do I suppress printing of 1040-V?

Client has tax due but I don't want to print 1040-V.  Can I suppress i?

    You can go into Screen 3, Miscellaneous Information, and enter a 2 in "Form 1040-V: 1=when applicable, 2=suppress [O]".

      Does that suppress printing for only that return or for ALL returns ?
