How do I send a data file to another CPA? Please

First be sure you have written authorization from the client to share this file.

Then highlight the file and click Client > Send via e-mail... > Decide whether to password protect or not (I would give it a password and share that with the client to give to the recipient) > Once the password is set or you select Ignore your e-mail should open with the file attached and you can add a message and send.,
