How do I report a 1095-A on my clients return when the ex-husband claimed it on his return?

Ex-husband claimed the 1095-A on his taxes which covered his ex-wife and child. When I try to efile the wife's taxes it gets rejected because it is looking for the 1095-A. Not sure what to do since it was claimed on ex-husbands return.
