How do I print a statement at the top of every page of a tax return or form

Hi ​@ramanela great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting about how to print a statement at the top of every page of a tax return or form. There's a way to add text for an explanation to the main form, however there's no way to add one to every page of a tax return or form.

For the 1040, here’s how:

Adding text to the top of the 1040 in Lacerte

Most business returns are able to add an explanation to the top of the main form by going to Miscellaneous/Other information screen in Lacerte and using the field Explanation on top of Form “tax module type” [O]. Another way to find the field for a business return is by right-clicking at the top of the main form and using Jump to Input.

 

State forms might have this option for disaster relief.
