How do i load the 22 software

If it's really heavy, you could get a forklift.  If not, can't you sign into your Intuit account and download it from there?  Or are you trying to load something other than the Lacerte software category that you have selected?

    Log in to 'MyAccount'   

    Usually, the 'download the 2022 program' is right there in your face - upper right side.
