do I attach corrected forms as part of pdf?

Or does lacerte send all forms again (with changes or not)

It'll send whatever the IRS mandates in the MeF Schema. Programmatically, I don't see how Lacerte can identify the forms and schedules that have been changed other than by comparing what's in the original column of 1040X, which is not very precise and could well mean that certain forms and schedules without changes may be sent. But I could be wrong.

What you need to know is that whatever forms and schedules that are necessary should be automatically sent to the IRS with the 1040X unless the diagnostics specifically instruct you otherwise. Whether all forms and schedules, even those without changes, are sent again is driven by the IRS, is transparent to you, and should be the least of your worries, IMHO.
