how do i have the state include the total covid pension distribution while taking ratably over 3 years for IRS

I was told that NJ is now allowing the COVID withdrawal to be spread over three years but Lacerte is not doing it so I am still holding up a return until I know if an update will come or I need to do an override to allow this?
