How Do I Get Rid of eSign Alert?

Folks:

I am repeatedly getting advised that a client has eSigned and I should efile now.  The problem is that I have ALREADY efiled the return.  If I try to efile again, it says, "what kinda idiot are you?  You already efiled!" (or something like that!).

How do I get that alert to go away?

    I'm dealing with this also.  In my case the e-sign was for an superseded return filed through the amended e-file process.  I don't know if that is why I'm having the issue.  The return has been e-filed and accepted.
