How do I enter the Oregon PTE-E Tax on S Corp Tax Returns

I have found the place to enter the Oregon Pass-through Entity Elective Tax (PTE) as an override on Screen 46.021 at the very bottom. But it is creating a Diagnostic Error. Is this the correct place to list the Tax Amounts paid for shareholders?

    I am having similar issues with Illinois. Did you ever get any resolution from Lacerte? I am on hold with them for IL as I type...
