HOW DO i ENTER "1756 OPTIONS ACTIVITY" SPECIFICALLY "UNREALIZED GAINS"?

Do you mean Section 1256 by chance? I've never encountered 1756 and am coming up dry on google. Upload a redacted screenshot with more info if it is actually 1756.

 

1256 goes on Screen 17 in the Individual module
