How do I edit client letter to add e-mail address? Thanks

Settings > Client Letter... > If you are referring to Company E-mail, just type it in or use [Preparer's Email Address] -- If you are referring to client e-mail you get choices from the key words [Client E-mail address]   Both of the key words can be found in the pair of keys icon within Client Information.

    Tow clients within my client list are not showing their entered email address in the client profile.  These are the only clients that do not show email addresses within my client lists when I log into ProConnect.  How would I get their email addresses to show up as all the other clients emails show up on the Client listing
