how do I download prior year programs (2010 forward)? they were previously paid for by our office.

You also need the prep files, which you can download from any tax year put each in their own folder e.g. X:/Lacerte/YYtax where X is the drive you work from (C: for standalone) and YY is the year you are going to install such as 10tax for 2010. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/tax-return/help/how-to-download-and-install-lacerte-prep-files/00/90711
