How do I create a new shortcut for Lacerte Tax 2020?

    On your computer open your Windows File Explorer --> C Drive --> Lacerte --> 20tax.  In that folder if you scroll down you should see a file that says 'w20tax.exe'.  Right click on that file and choose 'Send To" then choose 'Desktop (create shortcut)'.  If that does not work, give our phone support a call at 800-933-9999 and we can walk you through it.
