How do I change the IRS mailing address

In 2019 and older programs has the wrong mailing address to the IRS, how do I change it to the correct mailing address?

I use the Custom Letter for this situation.

Hint: Don't do it until everything else on the return is correct.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
