How do I change the individual client list to show it alphabetically instead of by client number?

Settings, Options, Display, select "Client Full Name, last name first" and have it be the top item in  the Display list

The more I know the more I don’t know.

    Click and hold the header for client name and drag it into the left column. Click header to sort A-Z, Click again to sort Z-A. You can do this with any column.
