How do I change the asset to a rental property instead of line 16a

the asset and client were transferred in due to new to pro series

    In case we really meant ProSeries  😀 - With the asset open, click "forms" > change activity.

    Screen 22 - Depreciation - Form is a drop down, Select 3=Schedule E . Then Activity name or number you would pick which rental.  It defaults to 1 for the 1st rental.

    Ask more, if this is not all you need. The question is a bit unclear.
