How do I carry forward overpayments on state Fiduciary returns?

I have input the amounts I want to carry forward in the "State" box on Screen 12 and it doesn't work for CO and LA.

I have experienced the same problem this year and last.  Haven't found a workaround yet and the system apparently has not been fixed.
