How do I activate my 5 free trial eSignatures that show in the usage screen of the eSignature Dashboard?

I show 5 free trial eSignatures in the Usage box but I cannot activate the button and the eSignature option does not show up in the client screen.  I have also selected purchase eSignature via REP and it says my order is complete but still nothing in the appropriate screens.

If you've selected "start free trial"already, perhaps you've set it up? What happens if u select "request signature" on one of your clients?

My start Free Trial is greyed out and I do not have any unusued in my Usage Page.  Any suggestions?
