How can I print a copy of the diagnostics

Go to the 'Forms' tab (NOT the diagnostics tab) on the top menu bar.

Then look at the tabs at the very bottom - that shows all the forms used by the client/return in question.  Select the diagnostics one, and then select print in upper right.

    Alternatively, go to the Alt+i[diagnostics tab] of the return to view them, and then MOVE THE MOUSE AND CLICK THE BUTTON (because Ctrl+P just brings up thr Print Return dialog again, which may be how you found out that there was a diagnostic in the first case).
