How can I make a change to the client letter for all users without changing on each individual computer?

In past years, I would adjust the client letter in the S Corporation screen, and the change would show on all users.  This year, the change is only showing on letters that I print.  Is there a way to make the change on my machine to show on all?

Make sure all machines are pointing to the same 'system file path' (6th down under Settings - Upper menu bar).
