How can I attach a pdf file to 1040-X?

It really is an attachment to the 1040 (or whichever other form) that is be sent with the 1040X.  Pretend the 1040X wasn't there and do the attachment that way. 

EVERYTHING goes with the 1040X, not just the forms that change.
