Hosted is locked up and frozen - no tech support today
I use hosted and it is frozen. The 2023 LC program is open but not functioning. Background: I tried to email the missing information report. I think that in the background it started to perform the Outlook set up. I sense that that is the cause. I don't use Outlook.
Update: I shut the Hosted product down using the Task Manager, then entered. It is working fine now.
