What's the average hourly wait to speak to someone at Lacerte - to buy an additional product no less?

Nope, I want to start a revolution against Intuit - get more **bleep** people to answer the phones.

The scanner user is different from the horrible service person. We still don't know the problem that the horrible service person was hoping to solve.

I have been waiting for an hour just to find out how to change my scanner settings.  I AM in the process of dumping this program soon.  Love the program for 25 years but BAD support - ever since Intuit took over.
