Question

Hello all, any ideas what to do with tax software problems as to whom to reach. I have been on the phone for over 9 hours with 4 different people over 1 and1/2 weeks and finally had the problem escalated but those people were to call me before now &

    We can not see your computer, like support could but I have 40 years experience with Lacerte and there are other volunteers here with similar experience. 

    The group of volunteers here can get a bit snarky at times, but we are good. 

    Answers are easy. Questions are hard!
