Has anyone had an issue where you proforma'd a client, but no information came across, and it continues to proforma it every time you open the module?
I have a client that was proforma'd from 2023 to 2024, however, when the individual proforma'd it, no client information came across. When anyone opens the module in 2024, it consistently says it is transferring the data for this client, but nothing comes across. How do I get this transfer to stop?
