Has any one had difficulty loading Tax Advisor in 2025 Lacerte?

I called support to resolve the problem with Tax Advisor not loading in 2025 Lacerte.  No resolution.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Since you've already worked with Support, one additional item to check is whether your computer meets the current Lacerte system requirements. Windows 11 is the recommended workstation operating system for 2025 Lacerte.

If your system meets the requirements and Tax Advisor still isn't loading, we recommend following up with Lacerte Support and referencing your previous case so they can continue troubleshooting your specific situation.
