Hard drive replaced (crashed). My backup failed. Any way to get my client data from Lacerte?
Microsoft managed to restore all my Office files. Does Lacerte have this ability?

Nope... unfortunately. Most of us 'round here using Carbonite for cloud storage.
Consider taking your hard drive and/or your back-up media to an expert to see if they can recover anything. It isn't cheap, but it might be worth it.
