hard drive crash. Replaced and downloaded 2019, and 2020 Lacerte but lost all client data

Have the Lacerte Programs installed but no client information or data.

You need to restore the client data files using Control-R from Lacerte's main menu. The program will restore the client files you had backed up to an external drive using Control-B from within Lacerte.
