Georgia Film Tax Credits and E-filing
Hi,
Is there a way to e-file Georgia on a corporate return that is utilizing Georgia Film Tax Credits? After entering the credit amounts, there’s an e-file diagnostic “Georgia Credit Usage and Carryovver Schedule has film credit codes 133 or 122. Please enter the necessary information to file Form IT-FC (ref #2049392)”
I have worked in CCH Axcess before, and I would never get an issue like this. Trying to find some clarity and ways to utilize the 122 code without any e-filing issues.
