    The form is available. 

    Do you mean that when you were in the Corp or S-Corp module of Lacerte for 2024, you downloaded the state module?

    I suggest you try the Lacerte Tool Hub https://accountants.intuit.com/support/en-us/help-article/system-responses/fix-common-problems-errors-lacerte-tool-hub/L9R7PETvi_US_en_US?src=g4t

    and do a new or maybe a force install for all of the modules you want, including each of the states you might use. You are only charge for specific returns that you might actually file for states or entities that you are not licensed for.
