Question

GA residents and some other states are not required to file and pay federal tax until May 1 due to hurricane. The software does not seem to recognize this?

Will not take date after April 15 for auto withdrawal for starters.

    You are correct. They didn't reprogram the software.

    The IRS even said you'll need to file an extension on paper if done after April 15.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
