FTB 540 Form available online - why not Lacerte??

If I can get the pdf FTB fillable form online, why isn't the Lacerte form ready?

Form 540 - Form 541 - 100S, etc ... I need all these and it's Feb 2nd! Come on, you all - we need to get this stuff out the door!
