How do I make Form K-1 page 2 to print?

You can modify the K-1 letter to say that the codes are in the Shareholder's Instructions for K-1s.
You can give them the link to Shareholder's Instructions for K-1s.
You can give them the Shareholder's Instructions for K-1s with their K-1s.

That's what I do for the PDF'd K-1 packages; I tell them what page to look for, and I warn them about printing the whole dam - n - ed (censors...) thing out.
