Can anyone give me an update on the status of any update for form 8962 and the excess advance payment of the premium tax credit. is it the IRS or Intuits holdup. ??

Go to the irs.gov for your answer.

    That's because IRS hasn't said anything yet. Intuit can't do anything until the IRS does.
