How does one get the fair market value of donations to show up on Form 8283 Section A

In Screen 26 - Noncash Contributions (8283), when you select Section Contributions of $5,000 or Less, Certain Public Traded, you will see a field Fair market value with a dropdown arrow. Ignore the arrow and type in the dollar amount.
