Form 5805 CA Underpayment penalty

Federal, 2210 annualized, no problem.  CA Form 5805 cannot get the box checked yes, nor the annualization numbers to be recognized.  Why?  I put in CA AGI, Also overrode and put in Fed AGI at the bottom of the tab 8 input form and it is still not populating, nor checking the box that we are annualizing.  Federal is working fine.  Help!

Spoke to Lacerte.  You must fill in all 3 quarterly amounts to generate.  Federal you can just input 1 and the rest will fall in place.  So there you have it.
