Form 5471 - E-File Diagnostic

I have been attempting to complete form 5471 in Lacerte and receiving e-file diagnostics indicating that the form is not available in the current version which has been updated.  I would appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Wait?   The following link shows that the instructions are the hang-up:

    It’s curious that the Form 5471 was updated but not the instructions. Machinations of the IRS are strange indeed.
