Form 2555 - why error messages?

Keep getting critical error message regarding the phy presence and that it is later than the e-file submission date.  This is a 2022 return - I have the date entered country 7/2/22.  Won't be Efiling till August - after physical pres is met. ????

Also - Form 2350 says to leave 4d blank if unknown - Lacerte giving error messages because there is no date.

Because  today is 3/15/23 and your 330 days out of 365 days has not yet occurred.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
