Form 2106 for Armed Forces Reservist

In Screen 30, I am preparing Form 2106 for an armed forces reservist, but I see no code for reservist in the first section. The choices are as follows: 1=qualified performing artist, 2=handicapped, 3=fee-basis government official. Where is the entry for armed forces reservist?

First you enter the expenses, then you make an entry in "Military Reservists - Net unreimbursed travel expenses included on this form 2106 (1=all)."
