Form 1128-H homeowners association late Sec 528 election

I am filing a late Sec 528 election for a homeowners association.  How do I instruct Lacerte to print the mandatory language at the top of Form 1120-H?

Lacerte only has this feature for the 1040, not for any of other tax types. You need to write it manually.
