Form 1095-A

I have a client with a Form 1095-A that has a -0- in Part III column A and B but has an amount in column C so I can't electronically file this says the diagnostic.  This form is marked corrected. Any ideas?

I would have the client contact the Marketplace and ask them why the Marketplace accepted a federal payment to provide insurance yet they did not actually provide insurance.

Apparently the client paid the premium late so it doesn't show up on the Form 1095-A
