Foreign Financial Institution Transaction  (IAT) indicator box

I am trying to efile a New York return for a Sub S Corp, and it's giving me a message saying  that the state will not accept an electonically filed return if the Foreign Financial Institution Transaction  (IAT) indicator box has been checked.  I don't see that box anywhere.  Does anyone know where that is?

My guess - Screen 3 > last section about Foreign Operations... Look for input. On method is to use Ctrl + W to open batch input and see if you have anything in Screen 3. Ctrl + W puts you back in interactive. 

Also check screen 67 (Batch method)
