Fix PY tax paid to MT proforma

This isn't so much of an ideas as a "just do the basic things right." For years now, Lacerte proforma's the total balance paid to MT

I think you'll have to call Support to raise this issue.  I know it isn't efficient, and some reps aren't helpful, but others are.  Since this is a peer user forum, Lacerte rarely checks in here, so this once get seen by anyone with any ability to fix anything.
